Ingredients (serves 2)
30g Salted butter
10g Sliced Black garlic cloves from Case for Cooking
250g Closed cup mushrooms sliced
Small bunch of chopped parsley to garnish
1. In a medium sized pan over a medium heat, add the butter.
2. When the butter has melted, add the black garlic and gently fry for 5 minutes. Push the garlic into the butter. It should start to dissolve into the mix.
3. Add the mushrooms and coat well with the black garlic butter. Gently fry until starting to brown.
4. Serve on toasted bread of your choice and garnish with chopped parsley.
