Delivery and Returns
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If you order on a Friday afternoon, your order will be dispatched the following Monday. We may deliver in installments if some goods are unavailable at the time of your order but we will notify you if this is the case and you will not be liable for any extra charges.
For orders up to 2kg in postal weight, we use Royal Mail 2nd Class so please allow 2-5 days for delivery. For orders heavier than 2kg, we use either Royal Mail or an alternative courier service which should reach you within 2-3 days.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any delays in either delivery service that are outside of our control, including but not limited to national lock downs and industrial action or for delayed or mislaid items due to incorrect delivery information.
We currently only deliver to postal addresses within the UK mainland.
Our delivery charges are currently as follows:
Orders with a total weight of up to 2kg - £3.75
Orders with a total weight between 2kg and 5kg - £7.50
Orders with a total weight between 5kg and 10kg - £9.00
Faulty Goods: We hope you will be happy with the goods you order from us but in the unlikely event that the goods you receive are of an unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt. Non-faulty Goods: Unless you are returning faulty goods, and we have agreed that to be the case, you will be responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund for any non-faulty goods that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.
We are only able to make refunds using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
