Frequently asked questions

We've put together a few questions and answers which we hope you'll find useful. 

How much is postage? Our postage costs are based on the weight of each order, with postage for parcels up to 2kg in weight just £3.75. 

Is there a minimum order quantity? No!

How do you check the quality of the products on your site? We only source from suppliers who have a minimum 4* hygiene rating and we've personally cooked with all of the products on this site so we're confident they taste great. 

Are the products on your site suitable for those on a weight loss programme? We don't claim that any of the products on this site will aid weight loss or improve fitness. Please always refer to the producer’s label or contact the producer directly if you have specific questions. 

If I have a discount code where do I use it? Please add your discount code at checkout when making your purchase.

How quickly will I receive my order? We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders received after 12 noon on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We send all our parcels up to 2kg in weight via Royal Mail 2nd class so please allow 2-5 days for delivery. Parcels over 2kg  are dispatched using a courier service. 

Please note: if in the unlikely event that the Royal Mail or courier firm are unable to deliver your parcel and it is returned to us, we will have to charge for re-delivery.

Do you deliver internationally? No, not at this time. 

How should I store these products? All our products are ambient stored and do not need to be stored in a fridge before opening. It would be advisable to keep them out of direct sunlight though. Please refer to the individual product instructions for additional information.

Are your products organic? Please see each individual product listing. 

Are your products suitable for vegans? If it is a spice, then the product itself will be but its intended use may not be. If it is a sauce or paste, please look at the ingredients list and refer to the product label for details for its intended use. We recommend always checking the label before use.

Where are your products made? All the finished products on our site are made in the UK by the producer themselves.
