Which vinegar and why?
My early memories of my Gramp (and the start of my fascination with vinegar) are of him making his legendary pickled onions at the end of every summer. I love trying and retrying recipes with different vinegars so here's a short list of the most common alternatives, some tips for buying and keeping this versatile liquid and a couple of simple but delicious recipe ideas.
