This addictive Vindaloo-style curry spice pot from Case For Cooking packs a punch of flavour yet holds back on the usual hot heat. Don't think it's mild though. There's definitely enough heat to educate the tongue. Hot but not so extreme that you can't taste the flavoursome sauce that this spice blend creates.
It comes with 10 portions of spice that you don't have to make up at the same time. The recipe card is for 2 people and it has a Chicken Vindaloo recipe on the other side for you to get your teeth into. If you're not into meat, then you can also make a Veg option. The paste recipe is completely vegan. Try Quorn chunks instead of chicken.
