This blend uses the Zingy Szechuan peppercorn originating from Sichuan province and the neighbouring of Chongqing municipality. Use this amazing spice blend in Chinese stir-fry cooking or to liven up chicken, beef, pork, vegetables, noodles, soups and stews.

Ingredients: paprika, sesame, cumin, coriander, garlic, Szechuan pepper, sugar, ginger, salt, chilli powder.
