Spicy Mexican-Style Rub
A spicy dry rub that packs a punch of both heat and flavour. Great with chicken, pork or veg. Use it on the BBQ on sunny days or in the oven/pan on the wet days. Use it to flavour your sauces, chilli con carne or just sprinkle on your chips.
Use 1 tsp of rub spice to 100g meat. Add 1 Tbsp of oil and mix well before cooking.
Rub Ingredients: Arrowroot, salt, chilli, cumin powder, beetroot powder, black pepper, garlic granules, onion granules, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, Mexican wild oregano.
