Orange & Basil Beef Spice Kit

40g Ginger

10g Garlic

2 tsp Water

2 Tbsp tomato puree

Zest of one orange

1/4 tsp Salt (optional)

350g Beef skirt

1 Tbsp Plain flour

1 Tbsp Vegetable oil

200ml Orange juice

1 Tbsp Honey or sugar

1 Red pepper

15g Fresh basil to garnish (optional)
