Fox's easy-to-use mustard mixtures are a great way of mixing up just the right amount of mustard. Add the mixture to a dish with a pinch of salt. Cover with the vinegar of your choice. Leave for 24hrs and enjoy. If you want a smooth texture, blitz with a blender.
Try it with cold meat or as an accompaniment to your beef roast. Great in mashed potato or to spice up your cauliflower cheese. Try using different vinegars to personalize your taste & experience different flavours. Add a drop of your favourite spirit too if you fancy something a little stronger!
