Rose Harissa powder is an aromatic blend of spices with fragrant rose petals & additional spices. Used widely in Middle Eastern and North African cuisine, it is a great punchy spice blend for chicken, fish, meat and veg.
Try mixing
25g unsalted butter, 1 Tbsp Fox's rose Harissa, 1 Tbsp jam of your choice & 1 Tbsp tomato puree.
Add the butter to a small sauce pan over a medium heat & melt the butter. Add the rest of the ingredients one by one mixing in each time until you have a smooth paste. This will go great pored over salmon or lamb etc.
Ingredients: Paprika, red bell pepper, garlic, cumin, sea salt, ancho chilli, red chilli, Urfa chilli, rose petals.
