Spicy Ginger Pork Spice Kit

This mild dish stands on its own in terms of taste. A true infusion of cultures coming together with pork, aniseed tones, apple and chilli to name a few. Great on the hob or slow cooked.
There's enough spice in the kit to make 8 large portions - but the instructions on the recipe card are for 2, so no need to cook it all at once.
