Chilli Prawns Spice Kit

Serves up to 8 Portions

Personally I'm not a fish man but there is something about chilli and prawns that works in harmony. The right amount of heat but again Case For Cooking have packed this dish with more flavour. Serve with rice or potatoes.

Kit Ingredients: Garam Masala (coriander, cumin, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, caraway, cardamom, cloves & ginger) chilli powder(18%), amchur, beetroot powder & ground coriander.

For every 2 servings you will also need:

40g Ginger

10g Garlic

2 Tbsp Lemon juice

225g Shelled prawns.

1 Tbsp Vegetable oil

170g Red onions 

2 Tbsp Water

200g Tomatoes

1/2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Honey or sugar

100ml Coconut milk

1 Sweet red pepper

10g Fresh coriander to serve (optional)
