Gentle Jalfrezi Curry Spice Pot 10 servings

Case For Cooking's Gentle Jalfrezi puts a gentle twist on this traditionally hot dish. It still comes with the mouth watering thick sauce with the usual juicy peppers, tomatoes and onions.  And it's still packed with awesome flavour. It's just not as hot as usual!

60g Ginger

30g Fresh coriander (Optional)

2 Tbsp Tomato puree (40g)

2 Tbsp Vegetable oil

Juice of one lime or 1 Tbsp lime juice
