Warm Ginger Rub
Spice up your chicken, pork or veg easily using Case For Cooking's Warm Ginger Spice rub. Use it on the BBQ on sunny days or in the oven/pan on wet days. Use it to flavour your sauces, sprinkle on your chips or add a spoonful to spice up a stew or bolognaise.
Use 1 tsp of rub spice to 100g meat. Add 1 Tbsp of oil and mix well before cooking.
Rub Ingredients: Chilli, sugar, arrowroot, salt, cumin, ginger, galangal, turmeric, star anise, beetroot powder, black pepper,, basil, garlic granules, onion granules, smoked paprika, lime powder, chilli flakes & oregano.
