Smoky Fennel Rub
This smoky fennel rub gets it name from the delicious combo of smoked paprika and fennel. Great with chicken and pork and extremely simple to use. Just add a little oil and evenly coat your meat or veg with the spice blend. Perfect for creating a quick lunchtime snack or a more refined supper. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans and gluten-free.
Use 1 tsp of rub spice to 100g meat. Add 1 Tbsp of oil and mix well before cooking.
Rub Ingredients: salt, demerara sugar, smoked paprika, ground coriander, garlic granules, black pepper, onion granules, fennel seeds (5%), lime powder, oregano.
