Scorpion Whole Dried Chillies

Naturally dried whole Scorpion chillies with a good heat (usually between 1.2M+ Scoville Heat Units) and a distinctive fruity flavour. As they have been dried, the heat curing process adds a earthiness and a slight, natural smokiness to the sweet base. Ideal for rehydrating and using in hot sauces and stews. The thick flesh softens well when soaked, adding depth and warmth to a wide range of recipes.
