Rocoto Whole Chillies

Naturally dried whole Rocoto chillies with a good heat (usually between 30,000 and 100,000 Scoville Heat Units) and a distinctive fruity flavour. Ideal for rehydrating and using in hot sauces and stews. The thick flesh softens well when soaked, adding depth and warmth to a wide range of recipes.
