My favourite chilli powder by far. The heat is just right and the deep red colour is perfect to colour away any anaemic curry.
Beware of imitations using blends of cheaper chillies with no taste.

I’ve been using this curry powder for years ever since I received Rick Stein’s India book as a gift. He uses Kashmiri Chilli Powder and rates it - rightly so as it gives flavour but not too much heat.

This is my absolute favourite chilli powder - a really lovely spice with lots of flavour, a beautiful rich red colour and a comforting mild heat. I use it in quite a few recipes. Fox’s Spices are excellent and it’s very useful to be able to buy them conveniently from The Cooking Plumber. My order arrived on time and was very well packed. Can recommend.
