They are ideal for making traditional Mexican dishes, pairs well with pork, chicken, and beef stews. It’s also a key ingredient in moles, marinades, and hot sauces. Because of its milder heat, it blends well with other chillies, enhancing flavours without overpowering them with their smoky flavour.
How to Use: soak the guajillo chillies in hot water for about 15 minutes or until they soften. After rehydrating, you can blend or chop them and add them to your dish or make a marinade. Why noy try whizzing in a coffee grinder when dry to make into chilli flakes.
