Cinnamon Ground

From an early age mum taught me the benefits of cinnamon and therefore have been using it ever since. I go thru cinnamon quite quickly using a teaspoon of it on my porridge (plus hubby is now quite partial), always using 2 -3 teaspoons of it when the recipe states one. It adds umph to lots of dishes and I once added cinnamon instead of ground nutmeg to chicken and didn't realise it until the aroma wafted thru the kitchen during cooking. And now, it has become another spice added to my special mix for roasting chicken. When I needed to replenish, my supermarket was o/s, got panicky I then discovered Cooking Plumber and, well, they had sensible pack sizes and prices. I worked out price per gram/kilo including delivery and it was not much different pro rata had I purchased from my usual supermarket, I have decanted the granules into my containers and am a very happy bunny and will be ordering again. Great speedy service and top quality spice.
