Monthly Prize Draws Terms and Conditions

 How to enter

1. Our monthly prize draws are free to enter and no purchase is necessary

2. Entries must be uploaded to Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest, naming the product used from The Cooking Plumber and tagging The Cooking Plumber. 

3. Entries will be entered into the draw at the end of the month in which they are uploaded.

4. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact The Cooking Plumber.

Eligibility

5. Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws are open to everyone resident in the UK except employees of The Cooking Plumber. 

6. Entrants under 18 must get consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before entering. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of entrants under 18 agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entrant.

7. Only one entry per month per person is permitted.

8. By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a prize should you win. 

The Monthly Draw 

9. One winner will be chosen by random draw within one week of the end of each calendar month.

10. The winner will be notified via DM on social media (using the details provided at entry) within 3 days of being chosen and sent a voucher code to the value of £5 to use against their next online order from www.thecookingplumber.co.uk. 

11. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

12. The decision of The Cooking Plumber regarding any aspect of the draw is final and binding.

13. The winner's name and county can be obtained by emailing The Cooking Plumber at thecookingplumber@gmail.com within 30 days of the end of the respective calendar month. 

14. The Cooking Plumber reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

15. The Cooking Plumber is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only user your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and with our privacy policy which is available on our website at www.thecookingplumber.co.uk 

16. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by The Cooking Plumber to administer the prize draw.
