Black Garlic Butter

 Scrambles eggs on toasted sourdough with black garlic butter

50g Salted butter
3-4 Black garlic cloves chopped
Melt the butter in a small pan over a low heat. Add the black garlic and gently fry for five minutes squashing the cloves with a spatula. Allow to cool slightly before using.
I love it on toast or in risottos but I'm sure there are many uses to be enjoyed.
