Cheeky Chipotle Rub
Sweet, smoke and heat all in one. Great with chicken and beef or mixed with mayo.
Ingredients: demerara sugar, garlic powder, sea salt, chipotle (12%), smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, black lime powder and oregano.
Warm Ginger Rub Ginger, a hint of star anise and a very mild chilli heat. Particularly good with pork or chicken or added to a sausage casserole.
