A sweet roasted onion balsamic vinegar which makes a lovely salad dressing and a great addition to sauces and gravy giving them a fantastic depth of flavour. We particularly like adding a dash into a sausage casserole or stirring some into mayonnaise to top off a burger. It can also be used as part of a marinade for steaks or made into a sauce to go with pork chops (check out our easy recipe).
