Want to pickle your vegetables? Why not have a go at making your own!

Using this spice mix packs a punch of flavour to cucumbers, courgettes, beetroot, onions & much more.

This blend mix is very easy to use. Simply add I Tbsp of pickling spice into a stainless steel saucepan along with 600ml vinegar of your choice and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes and it is ready to use. Please remember to brine your vegetables if required before hand.
