Kalu Kudu Spice Mix

There are many variations of Kalu Kudu in Sri Lankan kitchens and these are unique to each family. This particular secret recipe has been passed down through generations. Nine top-quality spices are dry-roasted together to bring out the aromas, flavours and heat in this magnificent blend.
