Mei's Homemade Black Bean Sauce with garlic and chilli is deliciously rich and hugely versatile. Gluten free and made by hand in small batches, it's perfect for stir-fried chicken, steamed fish, stir-fried tofu and much more.
INGREDIENTS: Onions, Soybeans 9.4% (Blackbeans SOYA), Water, Garlic 5.5%, Ginger, Cane Sugar, Rice Flour, Spirit Vinegar(contains Sulphites), Rapeseed oil, GF Soy sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Spirit Vinegar), Chilli 1%, Sea Salt.
