Who are Epronto?

 

Behind EPRONTO is the Bianchin Family. Originally from Padova in Italy, they moved to Scotland in 2014 and opened a catering business, Cateritaly, in 2016. They have been developing their ragù range since 2017! 
What is Ragu?

In Italian cuisine, ragù is a meat-based sauce that is commonly served with pasta. Made with sautéed vegetables, recipes commonly include meat, and the team at Épronto aim to produce an authentic, rustic and homely cuisine. The most typical sauce is ragù alla Bolognese. 

Épronto's ragú is as genuine as their Nonna would make it - besides, it's her recipe!
