Who are Earl's Kitchen?

Earl’s Kitchen is led by Earl and Charmaine, a father and daughter team based in Cardiff. Earl spent many years working in restaurants across South Wales and further afield and Charmaine grew up in restaurants watching her dad work his culinary magic. Together they have set up Earl’s Kitchen and have created a range of gourmet cooking sauces and chutneys that will challenge the traditional perception that Caribbean food is all about street food.

Their sauces combine traditional fine dining with a Caribbean flair and will bring lots of flavour and a little bit of sunshine into your own home cooking.
