Spicy Satay Sauce Veg Spice Kit

This spicy peanut vegan-friendly meal is extremely addictive in flavour. It packs a punch too, thanks to the three different chillies in it. A good 3 chillies out of 5 from me on the spice meter. Easy to cook and great with all kinds of veg.
Kit Ingredients: Galangal powder, beetroot powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, amchur, De Arbol chilli & chipotle chilli.

1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp Tomato puree (40g)
50g Peanut butter
150g Sweet potato or squash
150g Broccolli or cauliflower florets
1 Red pepper
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
20g Garlic (about 6 cloves)
165ml Coconut milk
