Scotch Bonnet Chilli Chutney
More like a jam than a chutney in my book but whatever you call it, this is really good. It's sweet with heat and the flecks of Scotch Bonnet give it a full flavour.

Use it to make a great salad dressing or as a dip. Add it to curries for a sweet boost. My personal favourite for an easy lunch idea is to add it with some oil to a pan and fry some chicken until browned and cooked. Place in a wrap with fresh salad. Believe me it's good. It makes a really easy dinner too.
Sugar, onions, water, red peppers, scotch bonnet chillies 1%, gelling agent (pectin) & acidity regulator (citric acid).
