Green Thai Curry Spice Pot Serves 10
Use this handy spice pot from Case For Cooking to create your own paste for a great Green Thai Curry.
It comes with a clear recipe card for two portions and a list of basic ingredients that you will need to make the paste. Each pot has enough spice for 10 portions so there will be enough to go round. It also has a suggested chicken curry recipe on the other side to get you started.
The recipe has no fish sauce so if you are vegan, then try roasting some veg in the oven first then adding it to the sauce. Maybe jackfruit or vegan Quorn chunks. The list is endless.
