The box includes:

• Gentle Jalfrezi - a jalfrezi with all the usual flavour but less of the usual heat. Ingredients: cumin, fenugreek, chilli powder, black mustard seeds, coriander & turmeric
• Kicking Korma - a korma with a little more heat than usual.                                Ingredients: cumin, coconut milk powder (coconut milk 97%, maltodextrin, acacia fibre), garam masala (coriander, cumin, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, caraway, cardamom, cloves, ginger), cayenne pepper, coriander seeds, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon & cloves
• Vindaloo-style - a vindaloo you can taste with any extreme heat.                    Ingredients: ground coriander, chilli powder, black mustard seeds, ground cumin, turmeric, fenugreek, star anise, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon & cloves
  
• Rogan Josh - a strong aromatic curry with a smooth tomato sauce.          Ingredients: Sweet paprika, cumin, garam masala (coriander, cumin, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, caraway, cardamom, cloves, ginger), beetroot powder, chilli powder, turmeric, fennel seeds, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon & cardamom.
• Tikka Masala - a mild, creamy tomato-based curry, perfect for the whole family.  Ingredients: paprika, chilli powder, garam masala (coriander, cumin, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, caraway, cardamom, cloves, ginger), coriander, cumin, cinnamon & cardamom.
