Each curry blend serves 4 and comes with a simple printed recipe card. 

The box includes:

• Gentle Jalfrezi - a jalfrezi with all the usual flavour but less of the usual heat (cumin, fenugreek, chilli powder, black mustard seeds, coriander & turmeric)
• Kicking Korma - a korma with a little more heat than usual (cumin, coconut powder, garam masala, cayenne pepper, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, ground cinnamon & cloves)
• Red Thai - with no fish sauce (lemongrass powder, cayenne pepper, ground coriander, ground cumin, chilli powder, turmeric powder, crushed black peppercorns & ground cinnamon)
