400g chickpeas washed & drained (I used Napolina).
1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil.
1 Tbsp Peanut butter.
2 Tbsp Jethro’s Lemon, chilli & coriander marinade.
Add the ingredients in a food processor and blitz. Job done.
